While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I discovered behind its walls was disturbing and far below any standard .

The ground was covered in grime , and a pungent odor of decaying beverages and neglected washrooms suffused the entire venue . Smelling a mixture of ammonia , a rotting odor and sour vomit . The serving zone , which should be the main attraction of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and refuse that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . During my time there, I saw how uncomfortable several women seemed around Cornwell.
